Kidda DJ Dates

Skint records -

Kidda has a busy month ahead spinning tunes in various clubs and bars in the UK.

Things kick off tonight at Aldo Vannucci's House Party at the Big Chill House, London.

Next weekend Kidda hits the Midlands with gigs at Stealth, Nottingham (10th) and Stupid Underground (11th) at the Custard Factory in Birmingham. The Stealth gig sees Kidda playing alongside Annie Mac, Herve and Fake Blood - it promises to be a good one!
For more information on the Stealth night, click on the link below:

Bongo Club, Edinburgh and The Ski Bunny Club @ The Spiegel Tent, Belfast on the 30th.

Fatboy Slim played Kiddas "Under The Sun" at BBB4 in Brighton last week. Witness 20,000 people go off on some rather shaky mobile phone footage:

The Kidda blog, which also gets published in Brightons XYZ magazine, is here:

We found this great blog from a Berliner.
The weather is so unbelievably shitty since two days in Berlin: just rain and storm! Today I needed some really uplifting tunes... and there comes KIDDA.

Ok. Thats about it for now. For more up to date DJ information go to www.myspace.com/kiddauk

X-Press 2's classic Lazy re-released for 2008

Skint records -

To support the recent release of their greatest hits long player 'Raise Your Hands', X-Press 2 re-release the bona fide club classic Lazy with brand new remixes.
Moto Blanco, hot off the back of remixing Mary J.Blige & Rihanna, lead the charge with a peak time floor filler. 2 remixes come from Mowgli who first came to prominence with his Pete Tong supported re-work of the Chems ‘Do It Again’, and Polish newcomer Yego Soundsystem provide a couple of proggy versions.

These mixes are available exclusively on Beatport for 2 more weeks

https://www.beatport.com/en-US/html/content/release/detail/135889/lazy_2008

then these mixes will be available (along with original remixes from 2002) on all digital platforms.

White label 12" copies will be available from specialist retail outlets like Phonica & Juno from this friday, with finished copies in all good vinyl outlets within 3 weeks

Altogether now 'Oh I'm Wicked and I'm Lazy...'
